Q: Does anybody know from where can I download the official ROM (firmware) for this model? On the OUKITEL site the file is for WP5000 instead of WP9. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Nainoa Itlooks like the only way is to ask support through the official website. It's obviously not right! I mean, they've been listing ROMs for other products on their site since the beginning, right?

Q: How do you set the RAID level? I tried all the switch combinations and both 4TB drives are showing as seperate drives in all combinations. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

BG951501043 Ihave same problem.. I wanted RAID 1, but there is no way to configure it.. :(
