Q: I’m thinking how can hit 1800m with this small reflector.It seems doesn’t make sense.

croquegood It's not a led flashlight but a LEP flashlight. It's a white laser. Search for some beamshot of acebeam w10 or w30 as they were the first to use this technology. It sounds crazy but it can hit 1800m.
