This device would have been safer and excellent for motor speed control if it had reverse polarity protection and a small cooling fan. It is obviously cheaply made. Adding a simple diode and a small cooling fan, which cost a few cents would drastically improve safety and protection of device. Please, add at least a reverse polarity protection to your input power circuitry.

Q: Each relay output block has 3 terminals, can you please provide the label for each, or explanation on how to connect a load? Why 3 if the load has only 2 wires + and - or ground. Where is the user manual for this device?
