muskokamike You'll need a fibre or CO2 laser to engrave on stainless steel. Something higher than 50w. You can cut 3mm plywood with this but it will take full power with multiple passes. I would estimate 5 passes.

Q: What colors are in this? It looks like about 7 colors?

Asked by BlazinDealz on 2020-03-23 12:12:08

muskokamike You can't really "mix" the colours using the included controller. You have the option of about 15 presets with tonal changes for each colour. For eg: you have pure red, then you have light red, then a couple of oranges then yellow. You have pure dark blue, then lighter blue, then a couple of purple. Maybe with a different controller you could custom mix colours.

Q: How work hours has a laser module of 2500 mW?

Asked by Sigfrid0x on 2018-10-17 10:42:33

muskokamike I'vebeen using it weekly for about 2 years. I would estimate a total of about maybe 2000 hrs and it's still going strong. No degradation of power at all

Q: Hi good day! does the software compatible to windows OS?

muskokamike yesbut I would suggest you use a 3rd party one such as Lightburn. It is 10000000x better and easier to use and they have a ton of support on their facebook page.

muskokamike you will never get a circular laser point with a diode laser...that's due to the shape of the diode itself. The best you can do is get as small a "line" as possible, that's when it is focused.
