Polymorph 395nm isn't short enough to do all this claims. This is fine for plant grow lights, curing 3D printer resin, and curing fingernail polish. It is a hazard to your eyes to view it unprotected, it will slowly cause damage that results in cataracts at a younger age. It takes UVC from a fluorescent bulb that puts out 254nm to kill viruses, bacteria, and fungal spores. And that wavelength will blister unprotected skin, and cause something that welders call "arc-eye" where it burns your retina, but you don't feel it right away. Your eyes become very painful in 10 minutes to 2 hours, and there is nothing you can do about it but wait it out. There are currently no LED sources that will put out germicidal wavelengths with enough strength to do anything like this.
