Q: can I use this for 12v 100Ah battery?

aeroboy86 it is simply a high current switch. As long as you do not exceed 100amps continuous than it will handle it fine. battery amp hours have nothing to do with the rating of this switch

Package arrived in damaged box. This however did not affect the performance. The light appears to be of quality construction and puts out a decent amount of light at 12volts
