Ambress No, this is a basic charger with no advanced features other than to provide balanced charging. It also appears to only be for standard Li-Po batteries, not LiHV as are used in the Zino battery, as the battery does not get charged above 90% (4.22v per cell, when 4.32-4.35v is needed for 100% charge status to be seen).

Ambress Mine did come with an EU plug, incorrectly so. It is pictured with a US plug and did not provide one.
