Q: Is this cooler/fridge thermoelectric? It says so in the declaration that is in one of the photos. If it is indeed thermoelectric, then it cannot freeze food or make icecubes.

BG221117432 This contains no refrigerants, the description for this product is wrong. Found another listing of this cooler stating that it can heat which means that's a thermal electric not compressor driven.
