cesco Youhave to tie IO00 to gnd and push reset button to enter flash mode. I have the 9250 and led sketches working no problem.
cesco Withthe "esp32 camerawebserver" example be sure to use "#define CAMERA_MODEL_AI_THINKER" and it works fine. To upload via serial you have to connect gpio0 to gnd and reset. After upload undo gpio0 and reset again.
