Q: After bought this one one motor always spin at low speed after battery pugged, how to fix ?

I have DSM version, after bind to controller and ARMing it hold for 2 second and go up as grazy, I even can't stop it by controller, after battery was unplugged and plugged again it start to spin one of the motor, always spin

bad quality of metalware, one of hole in alumium fasten doesn't has a thread, also the nut can't be screwed
