Lars_R You will not see a handheld with a transmit power of 18W on a single band. The max is usually 5W per band. In this case they sum all the power from 3 bands plus the receive "power", 5*3+3=18W. They always mention power which is very general and include the total power the handheld draws including receive and transmit.
