daguero The machine I bought came complete, but in disassembled state. It took me 3-4 hours to assemble it. I recommend to carefully read the instructions and to search for the videos in the Internet on how to assemble and configure it. The machine is more a learning toy. Since it cannot drill strong metals, it is ok for small plastic or wooden pieces.

Q: hi work on 40-10-11-80 meter?

Asked by nikos on 2020-11-25 12:48:04

daguero 1) The three Radials are too small for that frequencies. It will work, but resonance will be difficult to achieve 2) The whip you will install will need to be resonant for the four frequencies you mentioned, hence it does not depend on the product. 3) Happy 25th of March

daguero Hi Read carefully, because I had a lot of problems to make it work. This camera drives 2A at 5V, this means, 10W. It is *extremely* hungry. Nothing works because the board has not enough power. For this reason, you cannot power it with an USB cable. You need to power the camera with an external source, and not any source: a powerful source. If you, like me, use an RS232 FT module interface, power the board separately from the RS232 module. For this high power consumption, I dropped any project of using it for my own needs. I don't exclude that it is useful for someone else; just for me, it is not. Have a nice day
