Q: Can a Runcam Micro Swift be mounted on this frame and can it take a 20mm stack? Looking for a light build

BG351738321 cam mount is for hs1177 size and no 20mm stack will not fit without suitable adapter Warm Regards.

Great value for the money. I probably got one of the first production units and it has the capacitor on the XT30 and the larger 1.5mm shafts on the motors. The problem is it was shipped with the 1mm shaft size props. I sent an email to customer service and sure they will send the correct size props out. To fly it I put some 2.5" tri-bladed gemfan props on. I had to put some dental floss in the holes to keep them from flying off. The quad flew pretty good with the gemfan props but will need to wait for the correct props to see how it was to design to fly. Looks like a winner I will do a YouTube video once I get the correct props and get lots of flights in. John From Chicago

For the money I think the VR D3 will be the new leader of the pack. I use to recommend the EV800 as the box goggle to buy. The VR D3 is fairly comfortable to wear and has a higher resolution than the VR 0007 with almost the clarity of the EV800 goggles. It has diversity and a DVR for recording your flights. I paid $49 when they first came out and they are still only $59. If you are looking for a cheaper set of box goggle for start doing FPV I would recommend buying if you can get them for less than $69. If you are past the beginner stage and want to move up to a better set of goggles I would recommend either the Aomway V1 or Skyzone 2 goggles for around $250. Q: spare props link?

JohnM My Sailfly X came with the 1mm prop holes instead of the 1.5mm hole props also. I think they were planning on using the 1mm shafts but they were bending to easy so changed to 1.5mm shafts but did not change the prop hole size in the early packages. I am using my 2.5" GemFan 3 bladed props.

Great starter quad to learn FPV. You do not need to use Beta Flight to set it up so easy to get fling and it has altitude hold for those that have not mastered throttle control. The quad was heavily discounted with a coupon code. Mine was $32 and it came with 3 batteries. On the down side since it can not use Beta Flight so the quad rates can not be increased in the future to make it more advance. It also weighs more than other quads of this size. With the 7 mm diameter motors it has plenty of power to make an FPV cheap tiny whoop. The motors are also plug and play so if they ever need replacing it is easy to do. After taking off the sound board and Santa and adding a camera it weighs 25 grams without battery. By adding the Camera and using FPV goggles you can have a whole winter of fun. If you keep the sound chip on it will get to you after an hour. Buy it if your looking to make a cheap FPV Tiny Whoop. John from Chicago.

I saw this on a big sale for $36 with Receiver and 3 batteries so I bought one. a little strange to bind you face the camera pointing toward ground while plugging in battery puts it in bind mode. I set up the modes and arm switch and was flying within 10 minutes. The quad is a little heavy and underpowered but flys good and fun to fly inside. It also has turtle mode and tips over after a crash. The whoop uses it’s own operating system and does not use beta flight. The rates are not adjustable. For under $40 it is a lot of fun for the money. if you are spending near list price buy something better.

Picked it up on a flash sale and very happy with it for charging smaller size batteries. It also gives you the voltage of each cell.

If your looking for a brushless quad that can fly both indoor and outdoors this is it. It is very durable and is built like a tank.
