md10naveed Does it pair with your phone, And buttons on the earbuds are working are not? if it is pairing, then may be due to the fact that you might have dropped the earbuds. In that case it might be a loose connection, so try to press the earbuds gently with the help of two fingers above and below the 1more Logo on the right earbud will help incase of any micro parts might have slightly dislocated inside,during the fall..
