gbrookes Thisbay is just a front interface, which connects via cables to your motherboard. The speeds and performance of cards will likely be determined by your motherboard and its capacity/performance. The Card reader on the drive bay connects to the USB connection on your motherboard. Depending on which drive bay you chose will determine what cables you have, which need to be connected to your motherboard obviously to work.
