BG101853950 Itdepends on voltage applied to the resistor. Maximum power is 0,25W, so maximum current is calculated I = 0,25 : V (current in Ampere, voltage in Volt). Keep adequate margin on this value.

ZGINO le vere formule sono : P = U*U div R P = U * I P = R * I*I con P = potenza in watt, U la tensione attraverso la resistenza in Volt e io la corrente che attraversa la resistenza in Ampere. Quindi per una tensione di 12 Volt (ad esempio) la corrente massima sarà: P = U*I ==> I max = P div U = 0.25 div 12 = 20.8 mA Quindi per una resistenza di 100 ohm (ad esempio) la corrente massima sarà: P = R*I*I ==> I max = SQRT(P div R) = SQRT(0.25 div 100) = 50 mA
