Graham From the display (XX.X) it would seem that 0.1A is the lowest... also effectively the minimum resolution of any reading

Graham They are simply to terminate any unused inputs or outputs on RF systems... so as not cause problems. They can only handle very low power... 1 watt max

Q: how this works

Graham Bymeasuring the RF signal at the SMA connector and outputting a DC voltage (on the terminals) which is logarithmically proportional to the input. There is lots of information on the Analog Devices webpage(s). It works well BTW.
