I got myself this attachment thinking it would make working under the magnifier/microscope easier, as it would allow me to have the hand piece of the hot air station coming in at an angle and not hit the magnifier and I was a bit disappointed to find that it doesn't fit my particular hand piece very well: while it does clamp around the pipe of the hand piece if you tighten the screw really well, the pipe doesn't reach all the way to the end the nozzle because the pipe doesn't have the same diameter all along: it's got a narrower portion at the tip (which this attachment manages to clamp around) and then enlarges, so the end of the pipe stops just after the cutout in the attachment. The problem with this is that all of the air now escapes through the cutout near the screw instead of out through the end, since it obviously just takes the path of least resistance. There's another problem with it as well: the welding job where the outlet tube meets the attachment body is fairly unprofessional and the opening was almost completely blocked off by solder, making it even less likely for any air to go through - I had to go in there with a drill bit to clean out some of the dross that had gone into the pipe. Overall I'm not saying it's a bad product (after all, you get what you pay for), but the price was a bit too high compared to how the thing actually looked and behaved. I'm sure this is just because of my particular station, so others might've had better luck with this, but you might want to ensure it fits your station based on my experience first. You may run into the same issue of not being able to use this nozzle out of the box without cutting it in half, which is what I ended up doing.
