Q: At first, the laser was not working at all. After a second attempt the laser switches on and off but no movements of the head. After replacing the USB cable the unit was working on just left richt and front rear commands. I can not program the software to burn anything automatically. What else can I do to get it to work?

omassimos Hello, I remember slightly that I had similar problems with the eleksmaker Software provided by Eleksmaker itself. However, i got some nice results with it after a few things to consider. Regarding my environment I recognized that I have to start the program first (Eleks or T2) and then connect the USB-cable. This might be because USB will "fit" EleksLaser already with 5 Volt. After connecting the USB power on the EleksLaser. If this will not work try first program, power on Laser, connect USB. I think the sequence of starting and connecting is a essential part for proper work of Eleksmaker. By the way I love it. OH, one thing My EleksLaser has a bad behaviour. After starting the Laser burns for a very short time. However it is long enough to burn a hole in your workpiece. So, wait to put your workpiece under the laser and also don't forget to push the security button on the left. Do not burn yourself.

The value of the Tronxy has not been correctly declared on the documents for the customs. Here in Switzerland, the customs is very annoying when this happens. They can wait for weeks to inform the customer - that's me. The only thing they want to have is a proper documentation about the value and the delivery costs. And that is indeed not $ 10 of value (as declared on the document). Overall, the Tronxy is a very good product and it is well packed. I like it.

1. The packing is superb - no damages - and it might be not be happened with this packing - all the parts are perfectly packed and well in shape - great 2. The tracking works - I mean it really works 3. The documentation for the custums are correct, so there is no need for customs to complain - well done
