Fuzzy_Bear75 this will be compatible with your other hardware and plane. but if this is your first plane you need to understand that this does not have a auto recovery or panic button that get your plane in a safe and level attitude. this module is primarily for wind stability. it's do that your light foamie or small plane handles like a bigger plane in wind. it basically just smoothes out the ride.

Q: its use to switch Ni-MH battery to lipo?

Asked by Ghenu Lucian on 2019-04-16 08:06:44

Fuzzy_Bear75 I'm not sure what you are asking. I think you mean is it for using higher voltage battery packs like a lipo instead of the older lower voltage NiMh. the answer is YES! a UBEC is used to step down your battery voltage to a servo,Rx safe level

Q: is it possible to use a 2s LiPo battery with this receptor ?

Asked by seba470 on 2019-10-02 01:47:05

Fuzzy_Bear75 2s lipo voltage a little too high and not "safe" to use. if you want to use a 2s lipo I would recommend you run it through a bec. I use a bec for safety and on another plane I use a 2s 6.6Volt LiFe pack with no bec.

Q: funciona com drones também?

Asked by lucas_ofera14 on 2021-12-17 01:26:50

Fuzzy_Bear75 No reason that it shouldn't work. it depends on your drone setup. It has ibus support. But it's not light weight so I wouldn't think it is suitable for something you want to build as light as possible.

Q: funziona con futaba?

Asked by BG413216173 on 2023-02-15 07:57:50

Fuzzy_Bear75 I can't say with certainty because I don't use a Futaba radio. But if your transmitter uses the AFHDS protocol it should work.

Fuzzy_Bear75 the nx3 gets its power from the receiver. you do not power it directly. your flight pack will be fine.

Fuzzy_Bear75 I have mounted it with the pin ends on the motor side and the tail side. you only need to adjust servo direction for it to operate as you want it to. I believe what is meant is that it needs to be mounted longitudinal in the fuselage and of course as close as possible to the center of gravity.

Q: is there a way to be able to deactivate and reactivate from the tx?

Asked by BG255250233 on 2022-05-23 12:17:53

Fuzzy_Bear75 yes. you will need a spare or auxiliary Chanel on your Rx and a 3-position switch on your Tx.

Q: can I use it on an nitro powered plane

Asked by Bosun on 2020-12-31 04:42:52

Fuzzy_Bear75 you could in theory. you would need a lot of vibration dampers which will then also make the device less sensitive. personally though I would not use it on a combustion powered plane because the excess vibration will cause problems.
