Q: what is the output voltage of this product

Goodtogo There is no output voltage. The output is simply a switch that is controlled by an internal relay that closes when the upper timer times out, and the lower timer starts. When the lower timer times out the switch opens, and the upper timer starts, again. Etc., until input 12 VDC is cut.
