Product is not for EU even if purchased from Banggood warehouse in CZ. Robot does not have CE certificate required for safe usage in EU, Power cable is for China, robot speaks Chinese only, Mi home app does not accept product if user have phone registered within EU. App require Chinese mobile phone for registration. I want to return it for refund but customer service does not respond

They should warn you that it comes with a different adapter. It's just we were able to connect to the Chines server.

Very happy with the product. However the interface in Chinese is very problematic because I have a breakdown and I don't understand anything. I'm waiting for news from the service for a return.

Très content du produit. Toutefois l interface en chinois est très problématique car là j ai une panne et j'y comprends rien. J attends des nouvelles du SAV pour un retour.

After just over 2 weeks of use, I have to say that I am very satisfied. The only pity is that it is the Chinese version and no EU adapter was included. On the other hand, the vacuum cleaner is very easy to log in to the app when you switch the region from Europe to China. Setting up via the app is very easy. However, the app sometimes crashes.

Na iets meer dan 2 weken in gebruik, moet ik zeggen dat ik heel tevreden ben. Het enige jammere is dat het de chinese versie is en geen EU adapter meegeleverd was. Daarentegen is de stofzuiger heel makkelijk aan te melden in de app wanneer je de regio wisselt van Europa naar China. Het instellen via de app is erg gemakkelijk. Wel crasht de app soms.
