Received package in excellent condition, very fast shipping. Great helicopter, no problems very well packaged, instructions are lacking some what but there is so much information online on this little helicopter. I have had no problems with servos or anything. I am in US and battery charger needed an adapter for the wall outlet but I had one to use flight time seems fine. Spare parts are available online at a reasonable price I purchased extra batteries and have needed nothing else.
