Arrives defective product open a case paypal to protect you and when you contact them you have the story that if you do not close the case can not send you the part that fails in this case it is not known if the receiver or the main motor. does not believe anyone. So wash their hands as if you were your fault for not removing a dispute to which you are entitled as a buyer. it seems a shame and disrespect towards the buyer, seems all very professional until you have a problem , then comes the real face and you try to make plays like this. I will not be buying anything here . YOU ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS Llega el producto con defecto abres un caso en paypal para protegerte y cuando te pones en contacto con ellos te cuentan el cuento de que si no cierras el caso no pueden enviarte la pieza que falla, en este caso no se sabe si es el receptor o el motor principal. no se lo cree nadie. Asi que se lavan las manos como si el culpable fueras tu por no quitar una disputa a la que tienes derecho como comprador. me parece una vergüenza y una falta de respeto hacia el comprador, parece todo muy profesional hasta que tienes algún problema, en ese caso sale la verdadera cara y te intentan hacer jugadas como esta. Yo no volveré a comprar aquí nada. NO SOIS PROFESIONALES

  • BG113744934 Never, NEVER, pay through pay pal! I've always been made to feel like somehow it's my fault if I file a justified claim. PayPal only rules in favor of the seller, I guess because that's who payPal makes their money from! Everyone I know that has used PayPal as the middle party has regretted it because they don't stand behind their guarantee policy. Most often PayPal tells you to try getting your money back from your bank the funds were withdrawn from instead of holding sellers responsible for sending cheap gadgets that neither resemble the product nor even getting a product that even functions as intended!
