Please start shipping a version of your products that needs a battery with the possibility to order without the battery. Somehow the DHL managed to not send the code about the package delivered to my requested point of pickup. By pure luck I made a call to DHL and got informed that if I did not picked it up within 5 hours it would be sent back. The reason was that they had not sent me the code about and notify me that I could pick it up!!! Without the code I got the people that worked at the point of pickup to scramble around with my drivers license in the storage in the back trying to find a match - 1 hour before they closed....
