Dear Banggood , I can't print flexible filaments with this printer, it is hanging extruder and step motor. i paid full amount , i can't use it . please healp me

Cre8tive Generally speaking FLEXIBLE FILAMENTS will not print with a "BOWDEN" type of extruder. This printer is a BOWDEN style extruder (Motor Filament Drive) is separate from HOT END.The FolgerTECH FT5 is a direct Filament Drive (Motor and HOT END is combined. The advantage of the BOWDEN is accuracy as the weight of the Direct Drive Motor is eliminated from the XY movements. DRAWBACKS is flexible filaments being pulled and pushed to the separated HOT END is squishy and difficult gets stuck.
