Unit has missing screws and the touch display screen does not work. The box was badly beaten up. The sent a 220VAC plug taped to the outside of the box. Here goes the issues on getting help with this printer.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS 3D PRINTER! It doesn't work. I received the 3d printer which has had so many issues since its arrival. The first issue: the nozzle doesn't get hot at all, and the sensor for auto level fails. I contacted Banggood right away and the guy told me to open the box with the electronic part to reattach all the wires (I should NEVER have been asked to do this in the first place - my printer should have arrived in wor
