Seems to work fine, puts outs ozone. I prefer its compact design over the big box the name brand uses for the mask. I run connected to the hose with my mask in a cloth bag then I run the hose again but this time connected to the machine with the empty humidity tank in place. Works fine for the price.

This unit really puts out the ozone! I have been pleasantly surprised at how well it works. I use a cloth bag to place my face mask in and let it run, after a 30 minute automatic cycle. When I am ready to use the CPAP, I let the CPAP machine run a little to flush the leftover ozone out of the tubing.
