layout prioritized symmetry instead of good layout practices. decoupling capacitors are few and far away from pins. clocks are not shielded and also far away. good for prototyping, but may suffer glitches if the microcontroller is used to its full potential

Packaging could be improved as shown were the board was indented into the multi-meter box. I have not found a circuit diagram for the board, but the stm32 org site has a wealth of information (sufficient to get the board up and running).
