Great product but doesn't come manual. Got it for my son. He thought it plug and play. Wish they had mention you have do dl apps before flying it

Jummy Could you help me, which step I mis? The woop motors do not turn on, the tranmitter seems to be bindet, the drone-led reacts correct. banggood wont help me with my new product.
