There's no logic in above request. What would be the motivation of the customer to smash something which they have paid for and waited to be delivered? This alone is not a valid reason for declining a replacement or refund.
If the aim for the seller is to go after the delivery companies, then maybe seller should ask before to themselves if they have packaged those fragile items adequately and labelled as such?
MorneM This is really bad. I'm not surprised though. I bought items from banggood.com that arrived wrapped in paper, totally damaged. No response from them though
