Never did get the claimed kv. 4175kv was the highest I got was with a new, fresh 6100mah battery pack that I used for the motor tester. Will b even lower kv with smaller battery packs these motors use

...never ever waterproof. The mounting holes are through holes and the cables on the back aren't sealed in the housing. Also no sealed bearings, so either you take care of these back draws, or your motor won't have a long life expectation.... Don't trust the description.
