That thing is amazing. I was running it on a Rog Xbox Ally X and put in a RX6600, RX9060XT and a RX9070. Just before you plug it in, be sure to have the latest version of AMD Adrenaline, Start your PC, turn it on and wait 1-3min. Then check in Adrenaline, if the card is detected and restart the PC. After that it just worked (plug and play) - only be shure to have it on before running games, otherwise the games won't recognize it. Can't say anything to Nvidia GPUs, since I don't have one. I build a wooden case with a Charger inside for the Rog Ally (since the device doesn't output any power over USB/TB), a SFX PSU, a USB-Hub and some RGB for giggles. The bandwith is better than on those adapters with PD, it seems to give me more, since it only takes GPU Data over the Cable. The feet on the bottom are Screw on, so you can screw it on anything with simple M3 screws. The case is Plastic - but it feels solid. So in Summary: + Solid build, plastic, but solid + With AMD Cards and the newest Adrenaline version - simple Plug and Play, no fiddeling + Screw on feet für mounting it to something + PCIe 4.0 and speed like UT3G in my testing + Looks good and no components exposed + Doesn't get hot + Comes with 1m cable + Has a mount if you want to put the PSU directli on it + Holds GPU strong and firm in place and no restrictions to size + Stands firm on table + Delivering was fast on Banggoods end and always kept up to date - Mount is too long for SFX PSUs (it fits, but doesn't look amazing, since it is bigger than the PSU) and it has a bit small screws for stability (I wouldn't use it if you want to move it from place to place) - 24-Pin is on the front, looks a bit shitty - Case plastic, although good plastic, the screwholes will tare with use I assume
