Its a very good power supply buck module. I am loving. Its cheap and can send data to a tablet or your PC.

I just got mine the other day, shipping was about 6 days, pretty impressed. The documentation is sparse. I did manage to get the Windows software installed and it worked well with the USB-Serial board, but could not find the pass code for the Bluetooth board. It wanted to pair, but without a pass code, not much use. I tried the usual suspects, '0000', '1111', '1234', no luck though. Managed to get this to communicate with my Raspberry Pi and wrote a small Python program to automatically charge some 18650 Li-Ion cells. Worked great. I used the 'minimalmodbus' and 'serial' libraries for Python. The serial comms protocol is ModBus-RTU and was quite reliable for my experiments. There is a Chinese document in the link detailing the communication protocol which I was able to translate with Google. I have the older version without communication, which mentioned having to put a diode on the output when charging batteries, but this version doesn't mention anything about that, so maybe it has built in protection now?
