ordered on 27 october 2021 arrived on 20 january 2022..But the fault was attributed to the manufacturer who did not send the products..However just got the phone and shipped me in a week..Support ok.Great phone..beautiful to see and use..fast..and takes good pictures. My daughter is thrilled.
