Maby it's just me, but when it first arived it looked so much as the macbook air ones, that i tought it was the wrong one. Later i descoverd i had to turn in around to make it fit. The bigger part is the front, the smaller part is the back. Now it is become my go to protector and after some heavy use and sitting between all kinds of stuff in my school backpack, it still doesn't show any signs of breaking. Really a great buy if you want a fancy but also really protected macbook
