Great knife for the price, super sharp and looks great - lots of compliments from customers thinking it's an expensive Japanese knife. The handle has a highly polished finish, which may become slippery when wet, but we only use this knife to finish slicing cooked meat so this is not a worry for us. The blade is heavy and rigid and might shatter if dropped, but if you drop any knife you should expect some damage so again this is not a problem.
