Unfortunately, they arrive with EU plug horizontally, so the dead mosquitoes do not collect in the box but fall on the ground. I opened (there are only 3 screws) and turned the plug (2 more screws) it is not a great job to do but I give 1 star because horizontal plugs I have never seen.

Purtroppo arrivano con spina EU in orizzontale, quindi le zanzare morte non si raccolgono nel cassettino ma cadono in terra. Io ho aperto (sono solo 3 viti) e girato la spina (altre 2 viti) non è un gran lavoro da fare ma do 1 stella perché spine orizzontali non ne ho mai viste.
