Looks absolutely stunning, and building it is fine if you have a lot of time at hand and can solder well. However, some minor points make it lose a star in review. 1. there is no circuit diagram given, so troubleshooting if something does not work takes a lot of time. 2. the backup battery can only be replaced when you disassemble the entire clock, which also takes a lot of time and could be avoided by having a hole in the lower plates to easily access the battery 3. top plate is not countersunk,

comes as a DIY-kit but there is no BOM or other information which can help identify correct values for the different resistors and their correct position. This is sad as the kit itself looks high quality. Hopefully the chip is preprogrammed, Maybe it would be a good idea to tell people the kit is best soldered using hot air.

Good quality Kit and very good value for money. Including the INSTRUCTIONS with the kit might have been nice instead of downloading them. A little warning that there are a large number of Surface Mount Components also would have been nice. Thinking SMC Solder Paste and a Hot Gun is the way to go here.

would be helpful if there was instructions with this you get all the components that you need but no instructions but looks good cant wait to get started on it if I can find instructions on line

Let op deze moet je zelf solderen! De componenten zijn surface mount en erg klein. Als je hier geen ervaring mee hebt zou ik er niet aan beginnen. Er is voor een paar euro meer eenzelfde versie die al gesoldeerd is. Verder mooie klok

Kam sicher verpackt und es ist alles da, nur leider keine Anleitung zum Zusammenbauen. Hoffentlich kriege ich es auch so hin! 😄
