The winder is missing to activate the music, so I looked for an identical winder on my music box collection by chance one matched the same screw pitch as the one missing but alas the winder didn't change anything because it turns in the box. I was told that it was the mechanism that did not work and the cover on the hour side stays open and falls as soon as the climb is hung with its chain on a vertical plane! In short, very disappointed with my purchase, I dare to hope that the seller will refund it or exchange it for an identical model in color and design at no extra cost, I think that in the condition where the package was at delivery, the transport suffered a lot of damage between the exit, transport, customs clearance and various logistics services I am not surprised that the material arrives in bad condition!

Il manque le remontoir pour activer la musique, j'ai donc cherché un remontoir identique sur ma collection de boîte à musique par chance l'un correspondait au même pas de vis que celui manquant mais hélas le remontoir n'a rien changé car il tourne dans le vide on m'a dit que c'était le mécanisme qui ne fonctionnait pas et le couvercle coté heure reste ouvert et retombé dès que la montée est accrochée avec sa chaine sur un plan vertical ! Bref, très déçu de mon achat, j'ose espérer que le vendeur me la remboursera ou me l'échanger contre un modèle identique en couleur et dessin sans frais supplémentaire, je pense que dans l'état où était le paquet à la livraison, le transport a subit pas mal de dégâts entre la sortie, le transport, le dédouanement et les divers services de logistique je ne suis pas surpris que le matériel arrive en mauvais état !
