FVT 120A Waterproof Brushless Sensorless ESC For 1/8 1/10 RC Car Skateboard ESC
There's no instructions on how to update the firmware or how to modify the esc properly. The instructions on this was not clear enough, and you will deffinitly need to resolder the header of the positive and negative cords into a xt90 plugs if you're trying to make an electric skateboard, along with the headers for the motor Will not connect with the DIYElectric's Motors, as the size for the plugs are smaller than the Motor's connector. They're also different type of connectors. Could've been made
I'm using it for my esk8 project. Works very well. Recommended!
ottima esc 120 ampere montata su una JLB
Comes with fan!!!
Took some time to get here, but worth the wait. It's working perfect. Thank you
Good!
This ESC is great for an electric longboard project if you use the firmware listed on FVT website. The brake is linear and smooth with this firmware but is very dangerous with the firmware listed on the product page.
Bought this for a 6s electric skateboard for my son. He doesn't weigh much and I've geared it fairly low so we're not exactly stressing it! He's done about 20 miles on it so far and the esc has been flawless. I upgraded the firmware from the FVT website. There are two options - 'brake strong' and 'brake line'. The former is downright dangerous but the Brake Line (I assume meaning Brake linear?) is much better. Would buy again.
Not bad. But not waterproof. Does not say so. But it does the job it is suppose to. I wanted 1/8 scale motor and such on my 1/10scale FS racing truck. Reccomended.
Bought as a electric skateboard esc and works very well. The instructions that come with it for binding and setting the controller are wrong so use the youtube tutorial on it all and it works perfectly.
