Bought the 6000W model, but arrived in 110V-60Hz, unusable in Europe (except Great-Britain). No switch or 110-200v switch. Impossible to switch to 220V-50Hz (European standards as a whole). Yet product sold on the site of Banggood and transported from a European country (Czecoslovakia), but impossible to return to be reimbursed. It has to be shipped to China!!!!!! Abnormal. To Escape!

Impossible de passer en 220V-50Hz (Normes Européennes dans l'ensemble). visually quality product.but came 110v, how will 220v work. I bought it on 12v/2000w. Is it going to be 220v?
