I received 2 of these items. The first one arrived malfunctioning, so I left a review and video proof. Banggood customer service was great always, and they replaced it for free. The 2nd unit arrived and it had the exact same problem: the scan function doesn't work, all 3 - 4 different apps I tried crashed every time on several devices, it never worked at all. I would avoid this product.
