I just installed this DMS2 Flight Controller. Go to plug it into BetaFlight, NO GO Its set up for CleanFlight, Ok; Startup CleanFlight Firmware is out of date. Since I have to update the Firmware I will just install BetaFlight. I short the boot pins go to load the firmware and nothing can't communicate with the boot loader. After about an hour trying to figure out the issue, it ended up being a driver issue. When you plugin the FC You will see a bunch of drivers you may need to install. The Zadig is the driver that was needed (link is in BetaFlight). I would recommend creating a Windows Restore point as this installs drivers that I heard can mess with your computer. Once I had the driver installed and shorted the boot pins the firmware installed without issue. I have two issues with the design of the board. The USB port sits over a motor so when you plug it in your USB cable is pressing on the motor lifting the FC board a bit and makes calibrating a bit difficult also if you want to test the motors my USB cable was hitting the motor. My second issue is why can't you put a button on the FC for the boot pins? So I took a star off for quality (but it's not really a quality issue just bad judgment on port placement). Other than that the FC worked very well.
