The engraver is very well maintained, but when I turned it on it didn’t work, the power supply is broken, I contacted support, but they are not responding.

L’incisore è molto ben tenuto, però quando l’ho acceso non funzionava, l’alimentatore è guasto, ho contattato l’assistenza, ma non mi risponde
