I got after a month. It took quite a while but looks good and has tried it works. I have not saturated the capacity but work and fully charged and it was 58V. If they send a little faster, I will order some sticks.

Works well, however, the charger should be adjustable in order to prevent overcharging. 58.8V for battery makes 4.2V per cell, but if they are imbalanced, then some of them will overcharged.
