    I'm a trained chef, though I've not done so professionally for over 25 years. Still, I love to cook at home and appreciate good quality equipment. THIS MEETS THAT REQUIREMENT. It does everything that more expensive equipment will do (on a smaller scale than a restaurant setting) and is easy to work with as well as quite versatile.
