Nice tool. I am pleased with the holder, and the ease of adjustment of the ruler. The ruler on the other hand, did not come in as good quality. The edge are not square, so when used for marking the line will not be in the same spot. It can be improved by fixing the edge yourself, but straight from the box, it is not good.

Looks solid and square, edges of the ruler a bit sharp, but nothing that can't be fixed by a bit of hand sanding.

this is perfect and gives you flexibility to add a longer ruler. very happy with it. I checked it with another square and it's spot on.

Thought this was a great purchase. I like the way the magnet will hold the ruler while you tighten up the nut to hold it in place.
