It feels a bit like a toy, but it will do some useful measurements with reasonable accuracy. The DT3266L is the most basic version of this clamp and has limited abilities. The sockets make poor contact so live wire detection only works intermittently. The paper manual addresses several DT3266 types, but not this one. I would not trust the probes and internal protection for mains voltage. I could not find an on-line manual but there is an excellent teardown article here: https://www.petervis.com/meters/dt3266l/dt3266l.html. This article also provides a scan of the manual.
