arrived 12 days earlier than expect which exceeded expectations, Unfortunately the phone is good and meets requirements , but like most things now you have to go online and download user manual. Was expecting design to be like in photos, Orange insets was something that attracted me to the item as makes it easier to locate when placed down in my work place, Over all good product for the price
